For Our Managing Trustees

Please ensure that any enquiry regarding property provides enough information to help us identify the property on
our systems. This is especially helpful when enquiring about church buildings as these may be known by several
names. If in doubt, an address is useful.

As TMCP moves towards becoming a paperless organisation, we kindly request that Managing Trustees use
electronic methods when possible as this is TMCP’s preferred method of contact. We understand, however, this is
not always practical and so our postal address can be found in the banner at the bottom of each webpage.

Non-Methodist Organisations

We request that solicitors, surveyors, government departments, and local councils refrain from sending physical
post where electronic options are available to them. Please be aware there may be delays in processing any
correspondence sent by post.

Third-Party Purchase Enquiries or Enquiries About the Decision to Sell

Please be aware that TMCP do not make decisions regarding the purchase or sale of Methodist property and are not
the appropriate party to contact if you are looking to purchase Methodist property. All Methodist property for sale
will be advertised with an Agent. Any enquiries must be sent to the relevant Agent.

Third-Party Business Enquiries

Due to the volume of post received, any unsolicited or generic correspondence from third-party businesses
regarding purchases, sales, or lettings will not be processed by TMCP.
